What payment options do you accept?
I currently accept Visa, Paypal, Mastercard, American Express, and Amazon Pay.
Can I get a price adjustment if I purchased before a new sale?
There will be no price adjustments for any items that go on sale at a later date. No Exceptions!
How do I adjust my order?
If you ordered a wrong size, input the wrong address, or notice any other mistakes regarding your order, let me know as soon as possible and i'll do my best to adjust it for you! If your package has already shipped, I can no longer amend the order.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not at this time.
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Orders typically ship within 3-5 days. If there is a hold up for any other reason, we will contact you via email and let you know. Pre-orders on the other hand take 3-5 weeks to ship due to manufacturing times.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic shipping usually takes 1-7 business days to receive.
Depending on the carrier that you select, International shipments can take anywhere from 2 – 30 days. Please see shipping details on the checkout page.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking to update.
Why does my package say delivered but I haven't received it?
Unfortunately, once I ship out your packages, it is beyond my personal control and in the hands of USPS. I am not liable for any lost packages once they are scanned by the USPS. Please reach out to your neighborhood post office in this situation.
I would like to buy something but you appear to be out of stock - will you be restocking?
It varies. Some items always make a comeback while some do not. Usually items that will be restocked are available on the site for preorder. The shipping date will be stated on each product page.
